Supply Chain Compliance

Brennan & Co SVS, with the support of the Group Governance committee ensures that we are focused on our legal and regulatory obligations and continuously improving our practices to go above and beyond just our statutory requirements. In relation to our supply chain we:

  • Conduct risk analysis and audits to ensure our products and suppliers are fully accredited and compliant
  • We ensure all of our products meet the highest possible health and safety standards
  • We review policies and procedures of our suppliers to our we are working with ethical partners

Procurement

We provide innovative solutions flattening the supply chain by reducing the commercial complexity of trading in multiple currencies, languages, modes of transport and time zones and reduce the operational complexities of managing many suppliers and OEM’s.

We reduce your risk from malicious actors in the supply chain further providing you with a centralised single point of contact who will oversee your account and projects.

Customer Services

Our customer services teams provide administrative support to our sales and field service teams along with providing frontline exceptional service to our customers. Our data analytics software and CRM systems provide real-time information to ensure we are monitoring and acting on our success metrics.

Logistics and Distribution

We manage all our logistics and distribution in accordance with Good Distribution Practice from our 24,000 sq ft of warehousing across our 3 locations. Our warehouses can accommodate Ambient, Chilled and Frozen storage and are compliant with Medical Device and In-Vitro Diagnostic Regulations.

Quality Management

All of the Companies in the Group are individually ISO9001:2015 accredited by the National Standards Authority of Ireland and implement Good Distribution Practice. Our Integrated management system encompasses all of the regulations we are legally required to meet and is maintained internally by our Governance Committee and overseen and championed by the Board of Directors.
